45 mins 1:1 strategy meeting with Naomi every month

Naomi will ask questions like:

  • Do we need to change direction?

Board Bio Refresh

One time during the year, Naomi will update and refresh your board bio (outside of the allocated coaching hours):

  • Adding new roles to the board bio or board resume/CV
  • Rewording the value statement 
  • Sharing best practices on design and layout
 

*Please note that during the 1:1 meeting the board bio can also be worked on. This offer is a one-time refresh outside of coaching hours.

Board Interview Preparation

One time during the year, Naomi will help you work on a board interview. She will provide:

  • Guidance on how to prepare and research prior to the first interview
  • A mock interview: giving you the chance to answer questions that will be in your board interview.
  • Coaching on your Zoom set up or what to expect for an in-person meeting.

Meetings are all virtual.

The program includes 1 full refresh of your board bio or board resume/CV - Naomi works on this outside of your office hours. However, you can use the 1:1 office hours to do more work on your documents if you choose.

So yes, you can get many more refreshes during your time with Naomi in your monthly meetings.

Absolutely. Naomi will guide you on how to prepare and where to research. 

We will also practice answering questions. If you have 3 interviews, she will support you through all 3. She is dedicated to seeing you succeed.

There is only 1 interview preparation offered per year, but as with everything in this program, you can purchase additional services at a discounted rate.

You can set up monthly calls for the whole year very easily or you can book as you go. 

You will get access to her calendar. 

The motivation of having a 1:1 meeting per month is to encourage you to check in and continue working on your search.
